Application of pure castor oil regularly prevents wrinkles.

Wrinkles are delicate creases caused by thin, sagging skin. These are especially visible on the face, neck and hands. Wrinkles appear when the collagen and elastin present in the connective tissue of the skin is weakened or decrease in number. Skin that has suffered such damage appears thinner, loses fat content, elasticity and smoothness.

Symptoms for wrinkled skin

Some of the symptoms of wrinkled skin are -

Lined and creased skin
Sagging skin
Areas that are more affected include sensitive skin near the eyes, lips and neck.

Though some creases are temporary, they may become deeper and more permanent due to ageing.

Indeed the face is the most visible spot and it can be really uncomfortable to see these white spots without being able to do anything against them.

One of the main benefits of these green homemade facials is that due to the natural ingredients the chance for an unpleasant reaction is little more it will at the same time condition the skin, offering the pores the best cleansing treatment. Look through these homemade remedies for whiteheads.

  • Hydration is vital, often the lack of proper water intake can lead to the formation of whiteheads. Indeed without the necessary liquid supplies our complexion might get dry, this on a long-term leading to minimal resistance to harmful agents.

  • Those who think that only those who have oily face are prone to whiteheads are wrong. Moisturizing is of key importance to maintain the neat and spotless condition of the skin.

  • Tomatoes are one of the most efficient natural remedies for whiteheads and skin problems in general. Besides the soothing effect this veggie has the power to detox the pores.

  • All you have to do is to mash some tomatoes into a large bowl. Then apply the slightly thick paste to the critical spots. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes in order to let the antioxidant exercise their effect.

  • Don't leave it on for too longs since the acidic quality of tomatoes might do harm. You can even store it in your fridge if you want to repeat the ritual more times a day.

  • Apples have almost the same banishing power over whiteheads as tomatoes. However in order to have a smashing effect crush the apples and mix them with 3 tbs of honey. Make a fine paste of it and apply it to your face or only the affected area.

  • Leave it on for 5-10 minutes then rinse it off with lukewarm water. The two ingredients will complete each other increasing the effect of the facial to eliminate the harmful toxins from the pores.

  • Milk is another ingredient that can be found in almost all households. Whiteheads as well as blackheads can be efficiently treated with this treatment.

  • Grab a medium sized bowl and add 50 ml of raw milk then add 2 tsp of lemon juice and finally a pinch of salt.

  • Showing off a glowing nose is not really popular. Due to the accumulation of grease in this critical spot, more and more people struggle with acne, blackheads and other skin problems. The solution for this wide-spread problem is to keep our complexion neat and oil-free all throughput the day. In order to complete our goal it is useful to complete our skin care routine with a few extra tips.
Oil glands are the main culprits when it comes of a greasy complexion. With the excessive elimination of the substances that keep your pores moisturized we might notice the sings of an extremely oily complexion. The area around the nose is more prone to store the sebum which generates the oily nose impression.

Skin care gurus besides the basic beauty routine came up with other ideas that might maintain our look polished and free from unnatural glowing.

External factors can influence the oil production, the heat and humidity are among the main triggers of oily complexion.

Teens as well as adults might be affected of this problem since the lack of secretion control in our organism can occur regardless of age. It is worth skimming through the helpful tips on how to banish oily nose. Find out more on the several disorders this condition might launch and the benefits of a complex and nourishing skin care.

  • The sebaceous glands are influenced either by hormones, extreme weather conditions and even our nutritional plan.

  • The nose skin is more affected by this problem since the T zone is the area where the majority of sebaceous glands exist. The best way to avoid the undesired skin glow is to keep the pores clean.

  • This can be done either with pure water or with the help of cosmetic cleansers specially designed for oily skin.

  • The pores are prone to accumulate the dirt and grease excess from the surface of the skin. As little moisture containers these will maintain the toxins until it won't be eliminated with a thorough cleansing.

  • Preferably wash your face at least twice a day, however those who feel like this didn't change much might increase the frequency of cleansing rituals.

  • Don't exaggerate, especially if you use chemical cleansers. These can easily eliminate the moisture that is necessary to hydrate the pores. Pure water will not do harm to your complexion, if you decide to rinse the dirt from your face 5-6 per day, skip the cleanser. Moreover keep away of products that contain harmful ingredients as alcohol. Instead experiment with some organic homemade face toners.

  • Increase the water consumption this will guarantee the natural detox of the organism. In order to furnish your complexion with the ultra-vital hydration drink at least 8 glass or more water per day. Avoid consuming alcohol in large amounts since these beverages might further worsen the perspiration and the oil production.

  • Lemon works perfectly to get rid of the grease excess around the nose. Pour a few drops of it on a cotton pad and wipe off the oil from this area.

  • The citric acid works as a natural neutralizer that reduces the extreme secretion of sebaceous glands. This is the best method to control the glowing skin effect.

  • Facial scrubs are ideal means to get rid of the oily nose appearance. Whether you go for the store to get one or you make it yourself from organic ingredients, the point is to include it into your beauty schedule.

  • Honey and almonds are natural tools to fight the greasy nose effect. Make a facial scrub by mixing ground almonds with a few tsp of honey and apply it to the problematic area.

  • Leave it one for a couple of minutes, then rinse it off with lukewarm water to enjoy the smooth and spotless skin.

  • Vinegar can also do miracles with an oily complexion. Put a few drop on a cotton pad and rub it gently into the affected spot. Leave the treatment on for 15 minutes then wash it off with cold water. This will close the pores preventing the penetration of dirt and oil into the tissues. If you have a sensitive skin you might consider reducing the acidic effect of the vinegar with a few drop of pure water.

    Allergies treatment using Nutrients

Certain nutrients have been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of allergies. Often the intake of vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid brings great relief to the sufferer. This vitamin may be taken in a dose of 100 mg daily for a month. In such cases, liberal amounts of pantothenic acid helps even though the recovery takes several weeks. A dose of 400 mg of vitamin E taken daily for four to six weeks is also beneficial as this vitamin possesses effective anti-allergic properties.

    Allergies treatment using Castor Oil

It is found that five drops of castor oil in half a cup of any fruit or vegetable juice, or plain water, and taken on an empty stomach in the morning, is beneficial for allergies of the intestinal tract, skin, and nasal passages.

    Allergies treatment using Lime

Lime is considered an effective remedy for any kind of allergy. Half a lime may be squeezed in a glass of lukewarm water and sweetened with a teaspoon of honey. It can be taken once daily first thing in the morning for several months. This remedy not only flushes the system of toxins but also acts as an antitoxic and antiallergic agent. However, those who are allergic to citrus fruits should not take recourse to this remedy.

    Allergies treatment using Bananas

One or two bananas a day are useful for those who are allergic to certain foods and who consequently suffer from skin rashes, digestive disorders, or asthma, The fruit does, however, cause allergic reactions in certain sensitive persons and they should avoid it.

    Allergies treatment using Vegetable Juices

A quantity of 500 ml carrot juice or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices, has been found beneficial in the treatment of allergies. In the case of mixed juices, 100 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 300 ml of carrot juice to prepare 500 ml or half a litre of mixed juice. This should be taken once daily.

    Allergies diet

    Fresh fruit juices

The best way to prevent or overcome allergies is to strengthen overall physical resistance so as not to fall an easy prey to every allergen that one comes across. To start with, the patient should fast on fresh fruit juices for four or five days. Repeated short juice fasts are likely to result in better tolerance to previous allergies.

Mono diet of vegetables or fruits

After the juice fast, the patient can like a mono diet of vegetables or fruits such as carrots, grapes, or apples for one week, after that. After that, one more food may be added to the mono diet. A week later, a third food may be added, and so on. After four weeks, protein foods can be introduced, one at a time. In case an allergic reaction to a newly-introduced food is noticed, it should be discontinued and a new food tried. In this way, all real allergens can be eventually eliminated from the diet.

Avoid food like tea/coffee or containing chemical additives and preservatives

Foods which should be excluded from the diet are tea, coffee, chocolate, cola drinks, alcohol, sugar and products made from it, refined cereals, meal, fish, chicken, tobacco, milk, cheese, butter, smoked and salted pickled foods, and foods containing any chemical additives, preservatives and flavourings.

    Other Allergies treatments

Avoid stress, do meditation, exercise and mind control

For allergic conditions in which an element of mental stress is present as well, it is essential to employ such methods as relaxation, exercise, meditation, and mind control. These methods reduce or remove stress and thereby contribute towards the treatment of allergies.

The word 'allergy' means an altered or abnormal tissue reaction after exposure to an antigen (also called an 'allergen'). The allergic reaction occurs if the body tissues are sensitive to the allergen. The allergen may reach the tissues by direct contact with the skin or various mucous membranes of the organs or through the bloodstream after absorption. Almost any part of the body can be affected by allergies. Allergic reactions are caused by a wide range of substances and conditions. These include pollens, dust, cosmetics, and animal hair; poisonous plants, serums, vaccines, and drugs; physical agents such as heat, cold and sunlight, as well as a variety of foods. Anaemia may be defined as a condition in which there is a decrease in the quantity of haemoglobin or in the number of red cells. Anaemia is among the most common ailments affecting human beings. Nearly half the blood flowing in our veins and arteries consists of red blood cells which carry oxygen to the tissues. Approximately one trillion or 100 million new blood cells are formed daily in the bone marrow. The raw materials required in the production of these cells are iron, proteins, and vitamins, especially folic acid and B12. Of these, iron and proteins are essential in building up the red colouring matter called haemoglobin. A red cell has a lifespan of approximately one hundred and twenty days and is then destroyed and replaced. Each person should have about 15 gm of haemoglobin per 100 ml of blood, and a blood count of approximately five million red cells per millimetre of blood.

Cracked heels are caused by deficiency of vitamins, minerals, zinc and omega 3 fatty acids. Therefore it is essential to have a diet rich in vitamins, minerals and zinc. Omega-3 fatty acids are not naturally produced by the body, therefore it has to be ingested from food or supplements.

Here is list of essential foods that one can include in a regular meal and help curb deficiencies that may cause cracked heels:

-Vitamins (Vitamin E) rich foods include: vegetable oils, green vegetables, cereals, wheat germ, whole-grain products and nuts.
-Minerals (Calcium and Iron) rich foods include :
    1) Calcium: milk, cheese, yogurt, goat’s milk, fortified soya milk, mineral water, ice cream, tinned fish, juices, cereals and broccoli are excellent sources of calcium. Dairy products such as milk and yogurt are also considered as one of the best sources of calcium.
    2) Iron: Meat, chicken and fish are good sources of iron. Iron is also available in cereals, eggs, vegetables and beans; however it is not as easily absorbed into the body as the iron from meat, chicken and fish.
    3) Zinc rich foods include: Oysters, chicken, crab, kidney beans, yogurt, brown rice, spaghetti.
    4) Omega-3 fatty acids are largely found in: Purslane herb, cold water fish, and flaxseed oil or flax seeds.

Feet care is not a disorder one can be clueless about. This is also one of the reasons why people almost always neglect it. Primarily, feet care begins with some care. Home remedies have some of the best cost effective and result oriented solutions one can try and experiment with. But it is important to note that when home remedies do not cure cracked heels it is wise to take an appointment with your general physician.

Here is a compilation of the best known remedies to treat cracked heels:

-Apply any shortening or hydrogenated vegetable oil after washing the feet clean on dry and cracked areas of the feet. After applying a thick coat of shortening on the feet, wear a pair of thick socks. Leaving this application overnight can surely provide positive results in few days.

-Apply the pulp of a ripe banana on the dry or cracked area of the heel. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it clean.

-Soak the feet in lemon juice for about 10minutes. Follow this therapy on a weekly basis until one finds a change.

-A daily regime of cleaning and moisturizing is a good cure for dry or cracked heels. At the end of the day soak the feet in warm soapy water for about 15 minutes. Rinse feet and pat dry. Make a healing mixture comprising of: one teaspoon Vaseline and the juice of one lemon. Rub this mixture onto the cracked heels and other required areas of the feet till it is thoroughly absorbed. This can be done daily until visible results are obtained.

-A regular application of a mixture of glycerin and rosewater is known to soothe and cure cracked heels.

-Another result oriented solution is to melt paraffin wax and mix it well with little mustard oil. Apply on the dry or cracked area of the heels. Rinse it off in the morning. A continuous application for 10 to15 days can achieve desirable results.

Here is a compilation of the most common causes that lead to cracked heels:

-Naturally dry skin or thick dry skin (callus) around the heel that is more likely to crack is often due to excessive feet activity.
-Prolonged standing at work or home .Hard floors may also cause cracks in the feet.
-Being overweight may increase the pressure on the normal fat pad under the heel, causing it to expand sideways and if the skin lacks flexibility the pressure on the feet lead to cracked heels.
-Back-open sandals or shoes allow the fat under the heel to expand sideways and increases the possibility of cracks on the heels.
-Disease and Disorders-Athlete’s foot, Psoriasis, Eczema, Thyroid disease, Diabetes and some other skin conditions may also cause cracked heels.

Here is a list of some other reasons that may lead to cracked heels:
-Age - Thick dry scaly skin lose elasticity with age and thus cracks have higher incidence with age.
-Ill fitting shoes, standing for a long time or change in walking posture.
    -Unhygienic circumstances or conditions
-Unhealthy, dry scaly skin due to climate or diseases
-Deficiency of vitamins, minerals and zinc

Cracked heels are a sign of lack of attention to foot care rather than just overexposure or lack of moisturizing. Medically, cracked heels are also known as heel fissures. Fissures are regular linear cut wounds and mostly affect the surface level which comprises of the epidermis. Sometimes it may get deep into the dermis and become painful. Excessive pressure on the feet pads make the feet want to expand sideways. As the skin, surrounding the sides of the feet are dry they crack and cause cracked heels. Appearances of cracked heels also indicate zinc and omega-3 fatty acid deficiency.

Though cracks in the skin may arise anywhere in the body the most common is area is the rim of the heel and web of toes, which happen to be the most frequently or constantly used parts of our body. Dry skin or xerosis is one of the most common causes that lead to cracked heels .The other key reason being thick or callus skin around the rim of the heel. Most of the foot problems arise due to neglect and oversight with regard to feet care. Cracked feet, corns and other common feet ailments can be attended to and are easily avoidable.

Cracked heels are not a harmful in anyway except when the fissures or cracks are deep, and tend to become painful and the skin begins to bleed. This could lead to infection and is an avoidable situation mostly for those already suffering from chronic ailments such as diabetes or lowering immune system due to age or illness which may retard the treatment of cracked heels.

Cracked heels are a common occurrence for senior citizens or people who are constantly on their feet thus exerting pressure on the feet pad. It can affect either both the heels or one of the heel. But most commonly, cracked heels affect both the feet.

Dry Skin Tip Moisturize After Showers or Hand Washing
Moisturizer is the key to soft, supple skin. Apply product when skin is slightly damp. For best effect, pat skin dry instead of rubbing with your towel before application.

The skin on my legs can drive me crazy with itchiness all year round. I find I prefer oils to lotions on for the body. Renowned makeup artist Pati Lubroff got me hooked on organic extra virgin coconut oil, which you can buy in health food stores or online. Simply massage the coconut oil all over the body. Trust me, this will get rid of dry, itchy skin and the oil isn't sticky like lotion tends to be.

Antibacterial soap in public places can be harsh on hands, so I like to keep hand salve in my purse (my hands-down favorite is Kiehls). To keep cuticles soft, massage in olive oil.

Extra tip: I love keeping moisturizer and facial water on my desk at work. I spritz Evian Mineral Spray (buy it online), and then dab on moisturizer. The water locks in moisture and leaves my skin refreshed even in harsh office heat.

Dry Skin Tip: Exfoliate on a Weekly or Semi-Weekly Basis
Moisturizer is much more effective on properly exfoliated skin. Use a scrub in the shower and exfoliate facial skin with a mild scrub made for the face.

It's best to scrub skin when it's dry, according to Marcia Kilgore, the founder of Bliss Spa in New York, in InStyle Magazine. Apply scrub to dry skin before you turn on the water (mix with lotion if it's not moist enough). Massage the scrub into skin for a few minutes for best results.

Extra tip: Dry brush skin before a shower with a body brush to remove flaky skin (it's more effective than brushing wet skin).

Dry Skin Tip: Invest in a Humidifier
Ever notice how older people in desert climates look like leather? The moisture in the air is actually good for skin. If you live in a low-humidity climate or you are around furnaces in the winter, invest in a humidifier.

I once read that your skin needs more than 30 percent humidity to stay properly moisturized. A room heated by a furnace can have as little as 10 percent moisture. In the winter, consider sleeping with a humidifier in your bedroom. Keep doors closed so the moist air doesn't escape the room.

Dry Skin Tip: Skip the Drying Soaps
Soaps can be drying. Stick with a creamy moisturizing cleanser that contains glycerin or petrolatum, such as Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash, or Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash(my current drugstore pick).

Extra tip: Simply can't skip the bath? Skip the bubbles, which can contain harsh foaming ingredients and opt for bath oils or oatmeal scrubs, which are great for soothing itchy skin.

Dry Skin Tip: Baby Your Hands & Feet
Hands and feet can suffer terribly from dry, itchy skin. Put on moisturizer and gloves BEFORE you head outdoors in the winter, and consider lathering up your feet in thick moisturizer and sleeping in cotton socks at night.

Extra tip: Cover feet in a thick moisturizer, wrap feet in Saran Wrap, then pull on a pair of socks for a couple hours. Try to sit or lie down while the moisturizer soaks in or risk sliding into a full split and pulling your groin muscles. The same treatment can be done on hands, except try plastic bags and keep hands in a pair of socks. A half-hour should do you.

Dry Skin Tip: Stay Hydrated But Don't Go Overboard
Many people believe if they drink more water, they'll hydrate skin. But I've read time and time again that this is a myth and you simply cannot moisturize skin from the inside out.

That said, a small study recently published by the University of Hamburg (and reported in Allure magazine), suggests people who drink relatively little water could see a significant benefit in skin hydration if they started drinking nine eight-ounce glasses of water per day. What does this mean? Probably that dehydration does affect skin, but a normally hydrated person isn't going to see major benefits by drinking even more water.

My advice: don't expect bottled water to save you from dry skin and the winter itch.

Dry Skin Tip: Don't Forget Your Lips
Licking your lips will not moisturize them and instead will help dry them out. Lips retain less moisture than other parts of the body, so they tend to dry out more quickly. A simple lip balm helps, as does my all-time favorite lip trick learned in high school from "Seventeen" magazine: moisturize your lips with Vaseline. Take a toothbrush and "brush" your lips in a circular motion. This will remove dead flakes and leave your lips soft and supple.

Dry Skin Tip: Protect Your Face, Too
If you have super, duper sensitive skin, consider avoiding rinsing your face with tap water, which can contain harsh minerals that are especially drying to the skin.

Ring-around-the-eye liner is one my favorite night-out looks because it really makes your eyes pop. Just look at these pics of Hayden Panettiere and Rebecca Gayheart sporting major upper and lower liner.

    http://www.girlishh.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/apply-eye-makeup.jpg        http://www.life123.com/bm.pix/eyeliner100.s600x600.jpg

But getting the liner inside the rims of your eyes (also known as the “water line”) can be kind of tricky, so here’s a great tip that I picked up from my favorite makeup artist, Mally Roncal.

    1. Place your ring finger on your lid and gently lift up to expose your inner rim. Or, if you’re comfortable having a sharp object near your eye, position the tip of your liner in your inner rim. (Watch Mally demonstrate the second technique in this video.)
    2. Apply a freshly sharpened, soft black liner to your upper inner rim.
    3. Blink a few times to distribute the liner to your lower inner rim.
    4. For a more intense effect, line your upper and lower lids again, but this time get as close to your lashes as possible without actually going inside to the inner rim.

Imagine this, over the past few months you have been searching for the man of your dreams. It seems impossible to find a good, perfect match in the crowd but one day, luck was on your side and cupid too. You are at a party and you meet this attractive man who seems to be the answer to your quest. He approaches you and begins chatting. The connection was great but there was only one issue. He seemed to be distracted by your lips. Generally, a woman would find this flattering, but every time he looked at your lips, a frown would emerge on his face. Before the evening faded into night, you excused yourself to get a glimpse of what was distracting him. The mirror reflected a drought that had cracked up on your lips. You felt betrayed by the expensive, branded moisturizing lipstick you bought the previous day. Nobody would like to be in this situation. It is very important for one’s personality to be physically well groomed; especially the face and its features, which are usually noticed first and can create an everlasting impression, positively or negatively. When we speak, focus is drawn to the lips and it is therefore essential to maintain healthy and good-looking lips. Moreover, supple, well nourished, and soft lips make you naturally and exceptionally attractive and sensual. Read on to know ways to get soft lips.

    Ways To Get Soft Lips
    •  Healthy, soft, and plump lips are obtained by maintaining and increasing the moisture content. The best way to ensure your lips are well hydrated is to ensure high intake of water on a daily basis (minimum of 8 glasses or 64 ounces).
    • Avoid the urge to lick your lips when they are dry as saliva acts only as a temporary moisturizing solution but eventually causes more harm as it causes dryness.
    • Products, which include ingredients such as cocoa butter or Shea butter and vitamin E, are good sources of moisture.
    • Exfoliating is very important in getting better results as dead cells are removed and the skin is clean and ready for moisturizing. You get lip-exfoliating products such as Body Shop’s Lip Scuff, which also have moisturizing compositions.
    • Exfoliation can also be done naturally by using a soft toothbrush (different from the one you use for your teeth) to gently, scrub your lips in circular movements. Another method is by first moistening your lips and then applying sugar or salt using your finger and moving lightly in small rotations. A word of caution is not to use salt if you have cuts or wounds.
    • There are many cosmetics such as lip balms (e.g. Carmex and Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm), chap sticks (e.g. Alba) or lip creams that are available to help you get soft lips. Here too it is important you apply these products by either using your finger, or gently dabbing in circular motions to get a good outcome.
    • Margarine (butter) and honey (only pure honey) are good products for moisturizing too. Take a small amount of butter or honey and apply it gently with your finger in tiny rotations. Leave it on for one or two minutes and wipe it clean with a soft towel or tissue. You could repeat this if required.
    • Butter gives your lips that sheen and lush texture while honey adds to the plumpness of your lips. You can also use coconut juice, rose milk, olive oil, or baby oil in a similar fashion to get radiant and healthy lips.
    • At night, before you sleep apply two layers of crème or petroleum jelly such as Vaseline. Gently massage a layer in rotating motions and then apply a thicker layer on top. The second layer will be absorbed during the night and will help increase moisture content.
    • It is important to note that products over a year old, cheap products or sharing of products may pass on bacteria to your lips, which may be harmful.

Not many women are lucky to have beautiful hazel green eyes, which can make one look absolutely beautiful and stunning with the right eye makeup. Although, the eye color options for women with green eyes are limited due to their unusual eye color, they can still make fabulous use of the available options to give a dramatized look to your eyes. It is important not to tone down the color of green eyes; it has to be enhanced in the right way. In case you want to know more about eye makeup for green eyes, read the article to find some useful tips.

Eye Makeup Tips For Green Eyes

    Colors & Shades
The idea is to enhance and dramatize the green eyes instead of toning them down. Therefore, go for shades and colors that do not compete with the eye color. Those with a darker green shade of eyes should choose lighter colors. Similarly, darker shades are better for a light hazel green shade of the eyes. The colors should also compliment the occasion for which you will wear the eye color. Colors like peach, violet, purple, brown, bronze, mauve, khaki and beige should be chosen for makeup for green eyes. A combination of colors of eyeshadow and eye pencils can also be used, rather than using the same color for both. Eyeshadow in shades of taupes, coral, mocha and lilacs will give a dramatic effect to green eyes.

    Eye Shadow Application Tips
Choose any of the above mentioned shades and choose a light color as the highlighter for application. Lilac can be a good highlighter for green eyes. Apply a thick single stroke to the row bone and then apply it evenly on all over the bone. This is to be followed by a darker shade, such as deep purple, which is to be applied to the crease of the eyes. Blend well till it is uniformly applied over the crease. The combination of dark purple and lilac gives a stark effect to hazel green eyes. A combination of light brown and bronze can also be tried for a more subtle look.

    Eyeliner/ Eye Pencil Application Tips
Once you have applied the eye shadow, you should apply eyeliner or eye pencil to enhance the look, though you can also leave the eye shadow if you want to keep your look simple. For green eyes, golden, dark gray, shades of plums and violets or shades of brown and bronze would be best suited. Apply the liner or the pencil by gliding it smoothly on the outer ‘V’ shape of the eyelid. Apply the liner or pencil on the lower eyelid as well, on the outer rim. Those who are using eyeliner should allow it to dry completely and avoid blinking the eye to prevent it from smudging.

    Mascara Application Tips
Mascara for green eyes can be either transparent or in a shade of brown. After using an eyelash curler on the eyelashes, apply the mascara evenly and allow it dry completely by keeping your eyes open for a few seconds.

Every bride deserves to be the very special lady of the day and look her best. The hairdo, the makeup, the bridal trousseau and how the bride conducts herself is the focus of everybody's attention on this day and you will certainly feel much more comfortable, if you have already done the dress rehearsal first. Here are some useful tips for the bride:

    * To cover the reddish skin, use sheer color corrector and apply tinted moisturizer of yellowish green or olive green shade to neutralize it.
    * Pink color blush is not for the wedding day, generally speaking. Try bronzer under cheekbones instead.
    * Bright lip colors may be warm such as orange-red, orange-gold, copper and warm beiges, creams and caramels or cool such as fuchsia, magenta, blue-reds, shades of lilac and pink and make lips look plusher and fuller.
    * Deep warm lip colors such as yellowish and orangish browns; mahogany, deep warm reds and chocolate and deep cool shades such as cool brown, taupe, deep purple, plum and blue-toned burgundy underplay too much thickness of lips.
    * The subtle look can be achieved by using the air-brush a lot and sticking to light shades such as cream, gold, lime green and brown for warm skin undertones and lilac, plums and soft pink for cool skin undertones.
    * Neutrals are the safest choice to make you seem a bride endowed with natural beauty.
    * Be sure to coordinate you overall look: all the colors should have either warm or cool tone while your hair, make-up, jewelry and gown should correspond to the carefully chosen theme.
    * Hairstyle is usually chosen, after completing the makeup to suit the looks of the bride.
    * If you are not used to wearing heavy makeup, keep your hands away from blue and green eye shadows.
    * For olive and dusky skinned ladies, maroons and brown lip colors are the safest bet as well as the golden tones.
    * Hairstyles are often adorned with pearls, rhinestones, flower buds, golden lace, satin ribbons, jeweled hair bands and tiaras among other hair ornaments and may range from the simplest French braid or bud to complex and elaborate hairdos.
    * Bridal makeup includes all the attention to the minutest of details. Don't overlook them for the finished look.
    * A timeless makeup look will keep your wedding snaps fresher forever, so try not to give in to the fads of the day.
    * Cream foundation with a high pigment level is recommended.
    * Don't forget to cover your neck, chest, area behind your ears with foundation and makeup too.
    * Morning weddings need natural look makeup while evening weddings need more formally adorned brides with darker makeup shades.
    * Lighting also determines your makeup. A well-lit area uses lighter colors while deeper tones are good for darker areas. Fluorescent lighting will add a greenish tinge to everything so avoid green shades.
    * Try not to be too dramatic but there is a secret seldom revealed: red lipstick makes teeth appear whiter!

Ever wondered why some people have luscious hair that is shiny and never looks out of place, and why you don't? A healthy hair makeover is surprisingly not too hard to achieve. All you need to do is learn a few healthy hair secrets and try a little home maintenance.

Great Hair Starts With a Good Cut
A professional haircut will ensure that your hair is free from damaged and spit ends and will make your hair look healthy. Seeing a professional will also give you the opportunity to get the right cut for your hair type and texture. Follow up visits which include regular trims will also guarantee that your hair will look and feel its best.

    Healthy Hair Is Hydrated Hair
Drink plenty of water. Water not only hydrates your skin and body, it also hydrates your hair.

    Product Overload
Don't use too many products. Product overload will weigh your hair down and make it look tired and greasy. Remember this rule: One product to style and one product to finish with.

    Heat Styler Hazard
If you use a heat styler such as a hair-dryer, straightener or curling iron, then make sure to apply a heat protection product first. Heated stylers can zap your hair of moisture and leave your strands frizzy and hard to manage.

    Sleeping Beauty
When you are sleeping your body is working its hardest to repair damage, including any hair damage, so plenty of sleep is a must. To further help your hair achieve its healthy best, try sleeping on a satin pillowcase. This will stop your hair from rubbing as you sleep and will control fly-aways.

    Moisture Madness
Try an intensive conditioner once a week to keep your locks moisturized and to keep your hair soft. To get the best from your deep treatment, apply it to your hair then cover with plastic wrap or a plastic shower cap and leave for ten minutes before rinsing out. This will add heat and allow the treatment to penetrate. For a deeper condition, wrap a warm towel over the plastic wrap.

    Product Placement
Choose the right products for your hair. If you've styled with the right products for your hair type and washed with the right shampoo then your hair should be naturally shiny and manageable. If it's not, see your stylist and get an expert opinion on what will work best for your hair.

    Balanced Eating
Eating a well-balanced diet which is full of healthy proteins and lots of vitamins will keep your hair glowing. Not to mention your skin and your waistline!

If you've ever struggled with trying to find the right hairstyle (and I think most women have at some point in their lives), you're about to discover how easy it really can be! If you've given up on your hair you're about to read some encouraging information. You see, just like choosing the right style of glasses, the right hairstyle is based on one key principle: the shape of your face. That's it.

Now that you know that, all you need to do is learn the basic "rules" that go with your particular face shape. First though, let's talk about the different face shapes and the characteristics of each.

    1. The Round Face: this is a full-looking face with a round hairline and chin. The cheeks/ears tend to be the widest point.

    2. The Square Face: this face shape has a strong, square jaw line and usually a square hairline.

    3. The Oval Face: the oval shape has a gently rounded hairline and is only slightly narrower at the jaw than at the temples. Very balanced.

    4. The Diamond Face: the widest point on this face is at the cheekbones, and is equally narrow at the jaw line and forehead.

    5. The Oblong Face: this face is long and slender. The area just below the cheekbones and the forehead are about the same width. Could have a high forehead or a narrow chin.

Egg has become an important part of your hair and skin care diet. Everyone wants to have beautiful and lustrous hair. With the use of raw eggs anyone can find themselves with beautiful hair. One need not cross the seven continents to find a raw egg. Every house can easily get a good supply of raw eggs. These can be used for making some of the best hair conditioners. The properties of egg create a needed impact on your dull and dry hair. It helps the hair to recreate itself. It maintains the texture of your hair by the presence of the important elements.

    Some Home Based Recipes

For strong and beautiful hair you can mix 2 egg yolks (depending on length of your hair) with 2 tsp. castor oil. Massage this mixture on your hair. Keep it for sometime then rinse it thoroughly.

Whip up two raw eggs. Pour this mixture on your hair by massaging. Let it dry. Shampoo your hair and then give vinegar and water rinse. Follow this procedure every month for soft and smooth hair.

Beat egg yolk thoroughly to make a frothy solution. Add 1 tsp baby oil and beat again to make a proper mixture. Add water to this mixture and apply it all over your scalp. Once dry, rinse well to get a proper conditioned treatment.

Mix egg yolk in 1/4 cup of yogurt with a little lime skin. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and apply it to every single strand of hair. After applying keep it for 10 minutes and then wash it off. The combination of yogurt and egg is very good for your hair.

Mix a whole egg to lemon juice. Whisk it properly. Once applied on your hair keep it for sometime. Rinse it thoroughly. This combination gives a shine to your dull hair.

Beat egg yolk to make a frothy paste. Add 1/2 tsp. olive oil and beat the mixture again. Slowly and steadily add 3/4 cup of luke warm water. After shampooing, massage this conditioner and leave it for few minutes. Rinse it later.

It is a good hair treatment for people who are in water most of the times like swimmers, surfers etc. Mix egg, olive oil and peeled cucumber to make a good mixture. Spread it evenly on your hair and keep it for 10 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly.

Mix together 1 tbsp. honey, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp. almond oil and 1 tbsp. yogurt. Make a frothy paste and apply it on your hair. Rinse it in 1/2 hours time. This will smooth your hair and moisturize it evenly.

It’s party time and you and your partner are ruling the dance floor. The music flows in your veins as you feel your body grooving to the beat. And just as you start feeling like the queen of the gathering, all you notice that attention is slowly moving away from you. When the music ends and your partner goes to get you a drink, you see the reason for that attention moving away from you! It’s the new girl in town who had walked in wearing a cute dress with a perfect cut to flaunt her rather interesting tattoo. You feel that demon of jealousy rearing its head again. You decide that it’s time for you to get a tattoo too. Does this sound familiar? However, pause for a moment and consider this. Getting a tattoo is not as important as getting a tattoo in the right place. The right design and the right placement of your tattoo will make a statement about you and will make you look as attractive and unique as you wish to be. You can look cute, bold, alluring, or sexy, just by making the right choice. Here are some tips on places for a tattoo, common patterns, and what it says about you. While there are many more places on which it is possible to get yourself tattooed (which are more controversial), the places mentioned here are those most liked by men.

    Placement For Female Tattoos

    Shoulder Blade

The shoulder blade is by far the most alluring place on which to have a tattoo. Girls usually include stars, fairies, angels, and flowers on their shoulders. The most favorite designs are flowers and butterflies. These will look great with a strapped dress and with your hair dressed high. Shoulder tattoos will give you an aura of sophistication and mystery.

    Lower Back
    http://tattoodesignspictures.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/lower-back-tattoo.jpg
This is the next most favored location. Due to the flat region of skin (in most people), getting a tattoo here can work wonders. Tattoos here can be large, and the most common ones chosen are flowery designs. Having a tattoo on your lower back will make you look more attractive and sexy.

    Hips
    http://wwwdelivery.superstock.com/WI/223/1612/PreviewComp/SuperStock_1612R-22330.jpg

The natural curve of the hip makes it a great choice to have a tattoo. Some women choose to have floral tattoos that extend from their hip to their thigh. These give the illusion of being bold and aggressive. If you want it to look cute, you can go in for a tattoo that is small and limited to the hip area. These are considered as a teaser, when worn with a bikini or low cut jeans. Just keep in mind that this is quite painful since you will be able to feel the tattoo needle pressing down on the nerves and hipbone.

    Arms
    http://www.mostphotos.com/preview/221800/Arm-of-tattooed-woman.jpg

You can get a tattoo placed on your arms if you are a bold and daring woman, since this is generally considered to be a male area. Choose vines, wild flowers or some Celtic design that will compliment your body shape as well as your complexion.

    Nape Of The Neck
    http://tattoos-101.tattoofinder.com/files/christina-aguilera-tattoo-01.jpg

A small tattoo on the nape of the neck can be considered very alluring and mysterious. The best designs to go in for are small flowers or stars. These give an aura of youth.

    Ankle
    http://www.buzzle.com/img/articleImages/316197-34714-24.jpg

If you are whimsical, you can go in for a tattoo on your ankle. This is also considered quite seductive, since it is not visible to everybody. Floral designs are said to be the best. These will look better if you have well-pedicured feet.

If you are one of those whose hair grows slowly, consider yourself blessed! Getting a short choppy hairstyle is a fun way to experiment with your looks and give yourself a make-over of sorts. You can get a hair cut that either moves away or towards your face. Since there is less hair to work upon, your styling routine takes less time and is easier to work with. Also, short hair cut carries off style more elegantly. The short choppy hair style usually covers the forehead, grow longer towards the ears and finally touch just the back of the neck.

    Long Choppy Hair Style

Choppy hair cut can also be done on long hair, particularly for those who go into depression when their long tresses are cut! In longer hair, the layers are more gradual and soft, creating a wholesome dramatic look. They usually form a layered frame for the face, accentuating the best features like eyes, nose, lips or chin. The length can vary according to personal choice, though the longest layer shouldn’t reach beyond the shoulders. Choppy layers are definitely the in-thing when it comes to styling and creating a dramatic look.

ge spots especially on the face are nasty. Though they normally are not dangerous it is at least a cosmetic issue that can affect negatively your self-esteem. But age spots might be common on other areas as well - your hands, arms and shoulders most likely. To get rid of age spots you should first be familiar what they are and where they come from. After that you have to think what would be the best way for you - depending also how much money you are ready to put on the treatment (there are also cheap method that might be worth of trying). In this article I will first tell you about the age spots and then about the ways to get rid of them but also how to prevent to get them again.

    What are age spots?

Age spots as a term refers to the brown spots that appear on the skin. The terms brown spot, sun spot, liver spot, lentigo and senile/solar lentigine mean exactly the same.

The spots range from light brown to red or almost black in color. Formerly it was incorrecty believed that liver spots were due to liver problems. Age spots neither have anything to do with how old you are though they are more common with older people.

Where do the age spots come from?

Since the age spots come from the sun, the term sun spot is more accurate and I will call them sun spots from here on. And the skin ages in the sun. So the longer you have stayed in the sun the older your skin feels even if your physical age is not high at all.

The sun damages the melanocytes (cells in the skin's surface layer) that produce melanin pigment and transfer this pigment to other skin cells to help to protect us against the sun's UV rays. Totally these melanocytes form only 5-10% of the cells in skin's surface layer (epidermis).

Many people (like me with Irish background) have very little melanin pigment and their skin does not protect very well from the sun and when the sun attacks the body doesn't know how to respond properly. The result can be abnormal melanin pigment that forms spots.

    Can they be dangerous?

Short answer is yes, it is possible that they are cancerous. But in the vast majority they are harmless and no treatment is necessary. To be sure about that you should consult a dermatologist.

    Removing spots by medical treatments

Laser treatment is generally very effective method to remove sun spots but it is definitely not the cheapest way. It may require two or more sessions to remove the spots completely, depending on where they are situated and how many there are. The prices vary from about $700 up to $5000.

In cryosurgery the abnormal skin cells are destroyed and removed through freezing. Generally it is very quick procedure with quite little side effects. The freezing agent can be applied directly to the skin with a swab or sprayed on. The prices vary from $300 up to $2000 but the quality of treatment is very much comparable to the price especially on the lower price levels.

Chemical peels involve a chemical solution applied to the surface of the skin. The type of the chemical solution and the method of application affects on the depth of the peeling. There's a little downtime after the treatment but also little side effects as irritated skin. The prices are from $600 to $900

Microdermabrasion consists a variety of treatment which rejuvenate the very upper layers of the skin. These are, for example, creams with abrasive particulates and utilizing crystals which are passed accross the skin to sand the skin down. As a result the skin will generally feel smoother right after treatment with a diminished appearance of sun spots. The prices vary generally from $100 to $400

There is a wide range of topical products sold for sun spot treatment. Most involve some bleaching agent. When trying to treat individual spots, bleaching creams tend to bleach the surrounding areas more than the spots themselves. In my opinion these creams don't work as I would like them to work. All bleaching creams, Retin-As and alpha hydroxy acids make you more sensitive to the sun. And where did the age spots come from?

    Natural removal of age spots

Dr. Charles Davidson has created a cure to remove moles, warts and skin tags fast and all-natural way. I myself have never had mole or wart problem (well, sometimes its hard to say what the spots really are, I have always thought they were only sun spots) but I have had sun spots since I was a teenager. As I have some Irish genes I have been more sensitive to the sun than most other people. I simply thought Dr. Davidsons methods were worth to test - I wouldn't lose that much if it didn't work.

But eventhough he does not talk about removing age spots on the face or your body, it worked for me. I would recommend you to read more on his book Moles, Warts & Skin tags removal.

Prevent the development of sun spots

As the treatments can only remove existing sun spots but cannot prevent the development of the new spots you have to do it yourself. It is very simple. Just protect yourself from the sun! Avoid sun, protect your skin with clothes and hat and wear sunscreen all the time. It's never too late to start, you can prevent damages and reduce your skin aging.

Most of sun damage we recieve occurs while we are driving. Car windows filters 100% of UVA rays (that causes burns) but none of the UVB which is responsible for sun damage and skin aging. Maybe you should consider installing UVB-protecting film installed on your car windows.

    Conclusion

Age spots have nothing to do with your physical age, they come from the time you have been in the sun. It is a malfunction of the skin cells caused by sun's UV rays. To avoid these spots you have to protect yourself from the sun. There are several treatment methods to remove age spots but they are generally either ineffective or very expensive. Dr. Davidson has made a natural cure that works also for age spots.
